KuCoin, one of the foremost crypto exchanges just announced that they are discontinuing the ability to trade crypto on their P2P platform using the Nigerian Naira. It is a result of a general clampdown on crypto trading activities by the government to prevent citizens from trading crypto, allegedly citing these trading activities on the fate of the Nigerian Naira which has continued to be on a free fall in value against the USD.
KuCoin follows in the steps if Binance who had earlier in the year stopped support for the Nigerian Naira too on it's P2P platform.
