I love to munch on my fruit salad as often as I can because of the health benefits herein. Apart from keeping me really full for a long time, this keeps me away from taking in more calories from other foods. It helps improve my health and well-being. The below are the health reasons you should sometimes go for fruit salads

Fruit does many things in our systems. Among the advantage of eating fruit salad is that it eases bowel and aids digestion. I didn't do a day without eating fruit salad when I was in school because it is also good for mental reasoning. The only thing I realize about fruits is that it works differently on different persons. A fruit that someone may be using to prevent premature ejaculation, other may be using it to aid digestion.

Yeah you are right, fruits can help in the digestion and getting rid of toxin in the body. It also aids in bowel movement especially for one suffering from constipation. One thing is the ability of the fruits to fill one up and keep one satisfied for a long time

I love fruit salad. However we only have fruit salad during the Christmas season as part of our tradition. What we usually have are fresh fruits on the dining table. Right now what we have on the table are watermelon, cantaloupe, mangoes and bananas that I harvested from my garden. Fruits are nice to eat every day.

I love eating fruits a lot, especially when I'm through exercising my body in order to gain stability and fitness. Eating assorted set of fruits makes it fruit salad, cos it comes with varieties of fruits that enriches our body system and makes the skin glow, opens up our appetite to consume more balance diet. Cos it is very vital in food digestion and makes us keep moderate weight.

It good that fruit salad is inculcated into your tradition, It is a healthy thing to do. Since it is a way of nourishing the body. So whatever it is taken it provides the essential nutrients for the body. Same with eating plain fruits it is one healthy way of getting good nutrients into the body too

Personally if I am thinking of eating any fruits I wouldn't even combine it with salad cream because I just consider it as an unhealthy processed food, instead I will rather eat the fruit on its own without combining it with anything because I believe in me that is just the best way to get the best out of the fruit you have eaten.
