Can you imagine how some quiet people are so charming that they always manage to say the last word without interrupting or shouting?

1. Trust yourself:

It does not mean arrogance and selfishness. Just match the true meaning of the word confidence, positive perception of something or someone. Notice yourself positive and believe in yourself.

2. Do not try to prove anything to anyone:

This skill comes from having self-confidence. If you are confident in yourself, then you are absolutely unnecessary to get approval from others. You do not have to prove anything, because you already know what you can do. You know you are a strong person and it does not matter what others think.

In choosing a career path it's very important that we go along with what we are passionate about, this is very important because when you are earning a living from doing something that you love, then work becomes fun and you will always look forward to the next working day.

I know that this is a bit hard for some of us because we are from countries and environments that unemployment rate are so hard that we always take up the first employment opportunity that comes our way and some of us that wants to be self employed can't do that because we don't have the capital to start our own business.

My advice is take the job even if it's not something you will like to do, but don't lose focus, save some money from your earnings and use it to pursue your passion.

In the real world it is better to be quiet and peaceful at work because professional jealousy is always a tendency. I hate braggarts when they show that they are the best in the field. When I was a computer programmer in the bank there were 4 of us newcomers and the 2 were always trying to prove that they are better than the other 2. In the course of time they were surprised that I turned out the best programmer with several awards. They thought I was a patsy simply because I was always quiet and had never bragged.
