The truth is that the insurance company is also looking out to make good profit from their clients and this includes them not wanting to pay claims even when it is glaring that the evidence presented are real.

You can do the following to help you get your compensation

First try to find out their explanation for not wanting to pay for your claims. You have to hear them out first

If it isn't making sense to you then you can get your attorney to write to them to pay up

If they still refuse to pay then you should seek a small resolution in the court that's if the money involved is small. This will be a mediation

If it still doesn't help then you need to file a lawsuit against the insurance company. This last resort will surely help you sort things out. An insurance lawyer will help you present a valid case that will help you win and well compensated by the insurance company.

What do you think?

Before an insurance company could have refused to pay your premium, it must have been either there was a misunderstanding in the contract or the insurer is a scam. When things like this happen, I believe the best thing to do is to involve the law, just get a lawyer and it will all be resolved

Yeah the law will play a vital role in getting one the necessary compensation but I think it should be about hearing them out first to be sure your claim is genuine then if they still refuses to pay then you take it a notch higher. Sometimes it is good to apply simple steps first

I think these tips you have given here is in line and of course very good. There are some insurance companies that is unscrupulous and does not keep to the agreements with their customers and as such some good measures should be taken. I think getting a lawyer is one of the most proactive measures to get your entitlements.

Definitely,, involving the law might just be the right thing to do but it is always good to start with simple mediation and see how it goes than just starting with a lawsuit. That should be a last resort. But it will be good to start out with a legit insurance company that do not have fraudulent tendencies

Though I don't want to believe that there may be instances where insurance company won't pay the actual amount to their client. But if this happens as imagined, we need to talk to our broker first or agent to know the reasons why this may be so. The reply will give us inkling of what to do.

The head of the organization should be able to look into the situation and how to proceed a possible solution to it ,if not then the matter should be decided in a law courts.the client can sue the insurance company and they can both appear before a magistrate to discuss the issue and the reason why the client is being denied the claim or benefits.

Definitely, that's the way to go at the first instance. That's why I stated that one needs to get an explanation first in case one is over stating the claims and might not be the true picture of things so the best bet is consulting with the brokers to be sure you are in the right before suing the company

Thanks for sharing the same point of view with me. Insurance company can not just decide not to pay the money that belongs t their customers except if the insurance company is not genuine in the first instance. And in this case, the best thing to nothing is to drag them to court for retrieval..

Yeah we are. On the same page mate.i know it almost in rare cases unless they are the dubious ones that are just out to scam people but if they're the rest ones trying to evade payment of claims then they will need to be sued especially when one knows they are in the right

Definitely in such cases going to the court is the best solution. it is always very advisable for people to understand the kind of insurance policies they are venturing into before buying any premium. A lot of people make this mistakes of not asking questions before they go ahead in making their choices.

That is why it is advisable to have an agent in an insurance company which will always guide people on what to do and also educate them on the the policy to do and how such policy is being run to avoid issues that will make both parties to have to visit the court. If this is understood, then there will not be problem.
