Cheese (Paneer), children eat it with great fervor, we order cheese first when we go to the hotel. We make paneer when a guest arrives at home too. As much as paneer is delicious to eat, it is equally beneficial for health. Paneer made from milk has all the qualities of milk. We can use paneer in many ways, it makes many things like salad, vegetables, roti, sweets etc. Children do not like to drink milk, but they eat cheese with a big heart. Cheese is very good for teeth and bones.

I know I use cheese a lot in my salad though I don’t really like it in other options but it served better in my salad. Yeah cheese is also loaded with nutrients that are vital for the growth of the body.it is always good to consume good and healthy things for the good of the body.
