I believe it contains all the necessary nutrients that is needed but tomatoes is also acidic that can be very inconveniences for people with ulcer then buy it is advisable for ulcer patient to be careful when using fresh tomatoes. Rubbing it in the skin might not have any side effects for ulcer people

Tomatoes can be use for different things. Something people do use it whenever they do not get appetite to eat. So they will slice it in to two and use it to rub tongue.
Some people also make use of it by missing it with cream and it will make skin look good.

The healthy nutrients of tomatoes cannot be overemphasized. It has somr elements that the body needs. However, we should always take the fresh one. We don't need to be taken the industrial tomatoes too often because of the chemical process it has passed which may impair health instead of giving us nutrients
