Walking is a very good exercise that help us to lose weight faster it helps to burn fat in the body it is a form of exercise that is mostly used in losing weight and it is very effective most people prefer to take a walk because it won't disrupt their daily activities because you can just take a walk to where you are going we can have me thinking I'm going for gym so working for like 30 minutes or 20 minutes is in a good way of reducing weight to make you to be fit and strong

Exercise like workout in a day can make you lose weight working like twice in a week can make you reduce your weight if you are riding a car at least make sure you are working to do exercise to reduce your weight and the sweat to come out it's very good for our health

20 minute workout is very good for weight loss if you can maintain it everyday like you know skipping a day without going for the morning workout it's really been very effective and fast for used to lose weight because it is one of the best exercise that you can use to lose weight and if you want you to be more effective you should make sure that you watch what you consume like eating foods that are high in fibre and potassium so that it will help you to trigger the weight loss because they won't be much cholesterol in your body again
