There is no doubt that after the customer , your employees are the most important aspect of your business and as such it is very important that they should be kept in the right frame of mind and body as much as possible .

1. Allow them participate . Your employees are always going to feel worthless and useless if you are not going to allow them to participate in certain areas of the business . Whenever you are planning for a business event , or you are planning to renovate the office, you can always try to seek for the opinion and acknowledge it. This is going to make them feel wanted.

2. Add health insurance . One of the biggest problems of developing countries is how they can be able to take care of public health . Including package is in your employment letter like basic health insurance is going to go a long way in boosting the morale of your employees .

3. Unexpected bonuses . Apart from the normal work-related bonuses as well as paid leave that is available once each year , you can also add unexpected bonuses to your employees especially when the business is experiencing tremendous growth .

Definitely, this is how it should be employers need to do better when it comes to employer-employee kind of relationship. it should be as civil or cordial as possible so that there will be a great rapport that will help in also uplifting the business going on in the company. Employers need to realize first that employees are humans with emotions and should be treated better for them to feel wanted. You don't treat people with disdain or shabbily and expect a great output. No it isnt going to be automatic because these are humans and not robot's. So if you don't build them up then you would just be setting them up for dullness which will bring less output for the company.

To make the employees feel better start with delegation of duties avoid being too domineering, you can be firm to instill discipline because everyone needs it but be sure to allow them a little space to breathe.

Pay salaries and other allowances on time. Forget that they should care more about the growth of the business, also try to make them happy to work by paying them well and on time too. You would see the advantage of doing that

Thanks for your nice informative post. I think below two key is also important for employee's relationship

Avoiding micromanaging is si important, as employees may feel they are not trusted. Strive to check in daily, and set up weekly one-on-one meetings with your reports.
Praise effort, but avoid playing one or selective favorites. Everyone enjoys praise, but focusing on the selective individuals too much can often lead to all other employee relations.

Those are very awesome ways to improve your relationship with your employees. I am sure that they will feel really great when they are recognized by their employer. You can start by knowing each and everyone's abilities and skills. That way, you can assign duties and responsibilities based on their ability. They will feel so appreciated.

Then including them in making workplace decisions like new clients to attract or choosing a place to go for holiday vacation is really great. When they are included in making important decisions, employees feel like they are being recognized and their opinions matter alot. So always include employee opinion in your decision making.

Another way to improve relationship with employees is encouraging them to come to you in times that they need help. Maybe they are going through family hardships such as loosing a family member or having a sick relative. When you help them during such times, they will really appreciate you.

Lastly, it is really great to give bonuses and insurances to your employees. That will really motivate them to work hard be their best productive selves. At the end of the day, you will build a great staff of loyal and productive workers.

1. Employee relations are a vital part of any company. You can better your company by implementing some simple steps to improve employee relations.

2. The first and most important step is to establish an open door policy between management and employees so that everyone feels comfortable enough to share their thoughts and ideas. By doing this, you are able to get a better perspective of how the workplace is truly viewed by the employees.

3. Another way in which your company can improve employee relations is by making positive changes based on employee feedback. When employees feel they have been heard and that the company actually cares about what they have to say, it makes them feel more valued, which will help create overall company success.

4. You can also improve employee relations by openly communicating with them about all aspects of business affairs such as financial success, new contracts or expansions and even goals for the future of the company. When employees know what is going on within the company and what their role is in helping the company grow, they tend to be more engaged in their work.

5. Improving employee relations can also be achieved by creating a welcoming environment for employees and making sure that the work space is clean and organized at all times. The last thing you want is for an employee to

Correct, I don't see reasons why an employer wouldn't make his or her employees to be happy working and given their best as well. It is always believed that happiness in a given working place brings the workforce and better input too, when the employees aren't satisfied and feeling unhappy, the best doesn't come out of the business or company. Many businesses have crumbled in the past due to the act of suffering their employees, their is no way an employee will work and give his or her best when the mind isn't settled or happy doing the job which he or she is tasked to work out for. The factors you mentioned, should be looked into, as for the insurance plan, it depends on how lucrative the business is,not all businesses have enough funds to cover such up, but if the business or company is rich, i don't see any infringement that will hinder them from offering insurance packages to their employees, in case something go wrong, they can be protected as well, since we are living in a world full of unwanted surprises, it means we ought to adapt to them and prepare for them, in case they appear in the future, we can get protected.

I don't really understand your number one . I believe that in any business organisation, everyone are working base on their own area of specialisation, so there are some areas that are meant for certain people . It is not everyone that may have the rights to participate in such areas of jobs because that is not what they are experts on .
If this is what you mean I don't think it is the best option because everyone are to concentrate on their own areas for which they were employed into the business organisation they are working.

I really understand the fact that adding health insurance can also promote the relationship between an employers and the business employees . But over here this is much more likely to happen in a private business organisation such as hospital and some others.

Giving out bonuses is also a nice idea of putting a smile on the face of all employees in a business organisation . A lot of business owners always gives out bonuses sometimes .

Giving out bonuses is another way of encouraging employee in a business organisation and this will generally help to boost the productivity and the workforce of your business .

I may not want to generalize this, but going by the experience in my geographical setting, I would say that a handful of employees are not happy in their jobs. One of the reasons they find themselves in jobs that are demotivating is just to make ends meet and to stay aloft poverty. The rate at which employees over work or over burden their staff is so alarming. I recall working in a school where we literally resume by 7:00am and we close each day by 4:00pm and with this, the next day you follow the same routine and even during weekends will be demanded to come for training then if you do not show up, you will be punished and your salary will be slashed.

This is not motivating at all because with the little pay and even with all the threat to sack workers, employees are not encouraging with their words. They tend to talk to the employees without any form of regard and this has caused low productivity when statistics are being assessed. If employers could be motivated, give your employees chances to also make or contribute their opinions and treat them like human first before workers then the world will be a better place which would bring about creativity and innovative ideas in the business.

As a business owner it is important you try as much as possible to have a very good relationship with your employees because that alone can help your business grow. I see a lot of people that have ventured into several businesses but they do not have a very good relationship with their employees and that alone indirectly affect their performances of the employees in the business.

It is always very important that as a business owner you try as much as possible to have weekly meetings with your employees in order to know their thoughts about a particular business decision. The truth is that the suggestions of your employees can sometimes help your business to grow because everyone has unique abilities and knowledge in them.

Allowing them to contribute to the decision-making of the business to an extent is always very important because it can improve business performances.

Giving your employees bonuses unexpectedly is one of the best ways of telling them that you appreciate their work and that alone can motivate them to work very hard for your business to be successful. Many people actually do not do this and at a certain point, their business will start to depreciate

It's a well-proven fact that a happy employee is a productive employee. But do you know how to make sure your employees are happy?
Here are 3 ways to improve your employee relationships!

1. Be consistent. Be clear about your expectations and be fair with your praise and criticism. If you're not consistent, people will find it difficult to trust you, and they won't work as hard if they don't trust you.

2. Be transparent. We all have our flaws, so don't hide yours from your team. They'll respect you more if they know the real you, so don't be afraid to open up and let them in on some of your own struggles.

3. Be empathetic. If you've ever had a bad day at work, then you know how much it hurts when someone doesn't seem to care about what happened or how it affected you - even if it was only for one day. So instead of just being sympathetic toward others' feelings, try showing some empathy by asking questions like: "How are things going?" or "What can I do to help?" This will show that you really care about your employees' wellbeing, which will in turn create better relationships between everyone involved.

Business is going nowhere if the workers are not happy. Workers are the engine of any business. This is the main reason why a business owner should treat his workers with utmost care and see them as more of servants who their presence is the only reason for the business betterment. The following are ways by which business owner can cater for their workers to ensure effectiveness.

Payment of salary as and when due. It is not a lie that most workers work for the money and not the passion. It is the duty of the of the business owners to then pay their salary whenever the time is due. The moment the owner starts owning salary, the moment the workers will be feeling dejectedly and won't have the zeal to continue with the job and even if they continue, they may not be given out their best.

Recognition of your worker. People love being respected. Respect is always a reciprocal. We should just understdn our workers and relate with them as they ought to have related to. We don't need to be harsh to get out instructions followed as business owners. We shokf always respect their feelings as well and treat them with some respect.

If the employees are not happy with the employers, the business or the company cannot function properly. How can unhappy employees work efficiently, how can they become productive, and how can they give up 100 percent? The first step for the business to work properly and succeed is by making the employees happy. Employers can do this in a number of ways but first and foremost employers need to establish a healthy relationship with the employees. This can be done in a number of ways, such as:
Communication: The executive board needs to schedule a meeting with its entire workforce regularly. In the meeting, the employees should be allowed to talk about the problems and issues they have and the executive board needs to listen to it carefully and try to address the issue if that is for the betterment of the company and its entire employee.
Labor union: The company should allow the employees to form a labor union. This is the international practice. After rejecting it for many years, even Amazon has now been allowed to form a labor union. This union protects the interest of employees.
Better salary: If the company is making profits, the staff should also be paid nicely.

It is absolutely very sad and not congratulated to see that some business managers and business owners do not show a form of gratitude and gratefulness towards their employees when they have tried their possible best to see that a particular assigned business task or duty is made achieved or accomplished . Employees and staff are not slaves rather they are part of the business organisation managed by a particular business manager or business owner , and it is absolutely a high and right time that business owners and business managers change the of you of how they view their employees and staffs . You must view them as part of the business organisation and you must make it within your parts to strengthen your employees relationship with you so that they can know that you have their full interest in your heart and mine and you also care about them and their decisions and ideas .

Giving to employees and workers the privilege and the opportunity to express their ideas , their views , and also their decisions totally plays a very important role so as to prove to them that you care about them and you totally recognise that they too are part of a business organisation and because of that their decisions and ideas really matter to the growth and development of the business organisation .
