# 1 - Make customers feel important in your presence.

Is there anyone who doesn't want to feel important? Studies conducted in this regard have shown that the desire to feel important is the strongest constant urge of man. This desire causes people to wear company clothes, to buy expensive cars, to inscribe their profession on the plaque on the door, etc.

What can you do to make your customers feel important? Recognize their merits and praise their achievements. What could be the reasons? Nothing simpler: increasing turnover from year to year, paying salaries on time, building a stable and efficient team, etc. Open your eyes wide when you look at and analyze your client, and the reasons for appreciation will not be long in coming.

# 2 - Be really interested in the customer.

I don't think it's a secret that people are always more interested in their own person than in their interlocutor. So, if you want to be successful when you talk to a customer, focus on his universe (his house, his car, his vacation, his family, etc.) and don't talk about yourself unless you are asked direct.

People are only interested in their own person and "what they can get in their own interest." There are many who consider this truth to be the cornerstone of human relations. Should this reality upset you? Not at all, because when a customer sees that you are interested in the person, he will feel a strong sense of obligation and will try to make up for it by buying from you.

# 3 - Expect the principle of reciprocity to work in your favor and bring you sales.

Every time we receive something, no matter what, we feel the desire to take revenge on that person. So, if a customer likes what you gave him (the feeling of importance + attention), he will want to give you or do something in return that will please you. And as all customers are aware that the greatest joy for us, the sellers, is to sell, then they will feel more pressure to buy what we offer them.

The problem of the customer that they change rapidly their minds about accomplishing a sale so what it is predicted to sell can be in the reality lesser what you have expected or your daily goal of sales, however, this is the major problem of most salesman predicting having this income and being surprised that half of the sales are canceled or reported.
