I agree with you. Anyone that wants to go into a business must not put all his money into the business at once instead, there should be a recurring way of financing such a business.

You can plan to be financing the business every 3 months and that will probably help it to grow and solidify on the long-run. One of the major mistakes so many people make whenever they want to go into businesses is that they use all their investment to put in the business at once and when anything goes wrong the business will not solidify.

This will probably make them a lot of losses.

This is where having reserves for your business comes in, especially when it comes to time to expand. You can also choose to just let the business generate revenue while you put the capital and profits back it, catering for other expenses from your pocket.

This approach helps a new business grow fast, and it's the best strategy for those who want to start a business as a side hustle while working a full-time job.

Some people can generate such funds personally, but those who are not financially buoyant may have to source for the funds from external sources, and this is when it's important to ensure that you don't get funds that will become a problem to the business later.
