4 things to do for a good night’s Sleep.

1. Establish a sleep routine:

This may include a warm bath before going to bed, a hot cup of tea, or some other stimulus that induces relaxation such as listening to soothing music you like, concentrating on your breath, writing in a journal, or reading a good book of interest.

2. Avoid caffeine and alcohol:

The effect of caffeine and alcohol on sleep can be devastating. Getting away from them may be the best idea to sleep properly.

3. Stay away from electronic devices such as television or mobiles:

If you are one of those who falls asleep with your cell phone in your hand, or nodding off in front of the television, you should know that your brain is not resting enough. If you feel fatigued in the morning, or less focused at work, you should turn off the TV and mobile phone at night. You will soon notice the difference.

4. Don't sleep with the lights on:

Try to create a dark and cozy space to sleep. Some also leaves the TV on with no audio, just for the light of it. In this way, our brain, although partially turned off, remains on alert in the face of an external stimulus, causing exhaustion.

From from all the activities we carry out in a particular day having a good night's sleep is considered the most important . majority of people in the world today are not aware how important having a good night sleep is , and so they use their night to carry out other activities such as finishing a remaining job brought back from the office or the business , rounding up a presentation which is to be presented tomorrow or whenever , or working on an online business during night times . activities like this listed above should not be done at night because the night is meant for sleeping .

To make our night blissful and peaceful , we must have a good night dinner so that while sleeping organs and body systems could be at work for easy sleeping and resting . Also ensure to drink enough water so that our mental faculties could be at rest also . This is actually true Because drinking water at night makes our body comfortable and also hydrated and not dehydrated . Smoking and drinking alcohol at night must be avoided if you want to have a peaceful and blissful night rest and sleep .
