There are a few ways to meet your deadlines, and the trick is finding the one that works for you.

Here are some tips:

-Get organized. Just like you mentioned. Make a list of all the steps you need to take, and put them in order. Break down each step into smaller tasks, so you can see how much work is left at any point in time. This will help you prioritize and plan accordingly.

-Don't wait until the last minute! If you know you have a deadline coming up, start working on it sooner rather than later. You'll be able to get more done before the crunch time, which means less stress and pressure during crunch time itself!

-Get help from friends if necessary. Let them know what's going on with your project and ask if they'd be willing to help out with anything, even just giving advice or moral support goes a long way.

-Make lists of things that need to be done at the beginning of each week/month/ quarter so you don't forget anything important.

This is exactly what I've been doing to ensure effectiveness in my working online and probably the best ways that I use to meet the target that I set for myself. This is what I've been doing for quite some time now, and it is working fine for me. I am very happy that you're sharing this type of information on the platform.

If you are glued to one particular position, You will get tired so easily, so the best bet is to keep moving around and take a break whenever you are tired. When you are tired or worked out, you will not be effective and the result that you will get will be very slow but if you take a rest e for just 30 minutes or an hour , you would have fresh ideas crossing your mind and you will be more effective. This will make you produce good results at the end. I use earplug to enables me avoid distraction and to enhance my concentration on whatever I am doing which is one of the best ways to keep distractions away. This is a very healthy practice if you really want to meet the set target.
