In nigeria today, both the government and the private owners, I mean landlords that actually owns the rented working space has imbibed a habit of increment in the rent fees, especially when the shop is in an open place where customers can easily get attracted by what you are selling if you showcase it in a very strategic way. There are some advantages that surrounds it when you decide to share your workplace with another person, such as;
1. Decrease in rent fee
2. Increase in income

Decrease in rent fee: If you allow someone else to share your space with you, automatically the payment you pay for the space will reduce for you because you will not be the only one to pay for it in which it will also reduce the stress of you thinking about the payment when it is time to pay, let say you pay a sum of one hundred thousand naira for your shop rent and then someone comes to share the space with you, you should know that you will be paying fifty thousand naira only because the amount you will be paying will decrease to fifty percentage.
2. Increase in income: your income will then increase since you do not have to take care of all the original fee by yourself
