It has always been commended and congratulated to see majority of business employees doing their best in carrying out organisational duties and responsibilities as expected and as planned. In the process of carrying out this organisational duties and responsibilities business employees and business workers usually exhibit unquestionable behaviours worthy to be exhibited and reflected by good and industriously working and capable employees or workers. But even with that we cannot neglect the many majority of business employees and business workers who do not see it as a responsibility to behave normally and to behave in such a way expected for business employees to behave. There is absolutely no true reason for organisational employee is behaving illicitly other than the fact that they lack good and efficient home turning right from their youth. As it is always emphasized that families are the smallest units or group making up a society, and when family members such as the parents fail to instill in their children the ability of exhibiting and reflecting good qualities and attributes such as love, industriousness, humility, and sincerity they then grow up to negatively influence the environment they find themselves, and that also negatively impacts the means they earn a living, that is their job and career.

Responsible and commendable attitude is always expected of an organisational employee and when employees of business organisations exhibit unquestionable behaviours it promotes a peaceful and quiet co-existence of business activities and practices.

Employees are always expected to display organisational behaviour such as being hard-working and being industrious but there are so many employees who exhibit illicit and questionable behaviours in the business environment which totally have taken a toll on other employees and also have negatively influence them thereby making the business environment and unconducive place for other employees and coworkers to successfully carry out their own responsibilities and duties of the day. It is true that each and every individual emanates from a family and like you already say a family is indeed the smallest unit of a society.

A family consist of father mother and child and most of the times children and each members of a family have rules and responsibilities to play for example the father and the mother have the role of instilling onto their child good and acceptable qualities that will make him hard to be a responsible individual. And when parents to a family fell to do this one job and responsibility of theirs they end up raising children who are troublemakers and who can negatively influence others.

The reasons for this behaviour are many and varied. Some employees may be unhappy with their job, some may have a drinking problem, some may be suffering from depression or anxiety, some may have been bullied or abused at work. Whatever the reason, there is a lot of evidence that these people can perform better if they are not under stress and pressure.

The main thing that we need to do is to help them understand the reasons behind their behaviour and how it affects them, so they can deal with it in ways that are appropriate for them. This requires a good understanding of what makes them tick, as well as an understanding of how their behaviour affects others in the workplace.

Other reasons include:

the need for stimulation and excitement (e.g., thrill seeking)

lack of self-awareness or empathy (e.g., narcissism)

a lack of control (e.g., impulsivity)

difficulty making decisions or forming goals (e.g., indecision)

tender-heartedness (e.g., having empathy for others).
