In one of my thread posted earlier, I definitely explained why it is absolutely important and necessary for a business organisation to have a business plan, I even went ahead to explain some of the components that makes up an efficient and also inaccurate drafted business plan. For the purpose of this thread, we are basically going to talk about who should draft the business plan of a particular business. Basically and originally, drafting the business plan of a particular business organisation should basically be the duty or responsibility of the business owner. But not in all situations can a business owner be able to draft an efficient and accurate business plan. We should always remember that drafting a business plan is not all about its existence in a business, but entirely about its effectivity and efficiency to abide and to adhere to, buy all personnels constituting the business organisation.
