Avoid things that will damage our health unexpectedly

Let try and avoid doing some negative things that will bring issues to us or end our life unexpectedly.and there are some things we shld avoid in other to live long
1.stop smoking because smokers are liable to die young .smoking causes cancer.heart disease and a lot more .
2.acholic is another substance we shloud also avoid .many people assume the occasional beer or glass of wine at meantime or special occasions doesn't pose much cause for concern.
But drinking any amount of alcohol can potentially damage our health.
This is not for people that just take a sip of it .we talk about people drink and lot of it countless time .those once that drink it heavily always notice more healthy effect.
These effect may be more seriously and more noticeable if you drink regularly and tend to have more than one or two.
Some of this effect that am talking about always like a relaxing mood or lower inhibitions,might show up quickly,after just one drink.and it can lead to accident, injury and decision u later regret .
So for us to not regret ,the best treatment to it is by stoping consuming excess alcoholic.
3.we shloud also stop taking hard drugs for sexual interest .

Sometimes we engage in certain activities and practices knowingly and unknowingly that obstructs and hinders our health later on in the future . In today's world , majority of persons have taken the habit of smoking as a normal unusual behaviour or habits without knowing the later repercussions that the habit of smoking have on their body . Others have used the excuse that smoking keeps their body warm because of the cold weather or how cold the weather of the country or region in which they reside in . Excuses like this are absolutely wrong because there are other healthy ways that we can keep our body one apart from using cigarettes and other smoking implement . Some of the ways that we can keep our body warm aside from smoking is by drinking a hot coffee or water or better still lighting a campfire .

Another activity that we indulge in almost every day that is unknowingly killing our health from being better is indulging in the act of excessive drinking . Alcohol in itself is not bad because alcohol could be used to cure other stomach disorder and disease like running stomach , painful stooling , it could also be used to enhance the digestion process of our digestive system . But what is bad is the over drinking of alcohol , over drinking alcohol can lead to various heart and system disorders and diseases .

The truth is that majority of us lack enlightenment, there are so many persons today who are still not aware that sitting down in one spot for hours could affect our health. Most persons are still not aware of the damage the light rays from our smartphones and laptops affects our eyes. The best thing to do is create enlightenment where these things can be discussed, it could be a form of seminar.
