Avoiding hosting parties

You have to agree that this pandemic era had killed our tradition of gatherings. Occasions have been bypassed with no party or gathering. Isn’t it great for your budget if you used to hold parties in your home? My wife said that we have saved a lot this year. When there is a birthday we always have house guests who would partake in the food. Sometimes we hold big parties for 50 people with the hired caterer for the food. Maybe when the pandemic ends we are going to stick with the no-party policy. That is one good way of cutting down on unnecessary expenses and we can save that money.

We are not hosting parties due to same reason and not going to parties too, some people are hosting at low level to keep their tradition, yet we are not doing this. But what can we do, this might be tradition killer, but we have to accept the changes, this is nature which decides our tradition. But ofcourse this saves out budget as there is no expense of party. You can stick to the non-party policy due to saving as this is just a change and this is going to happen, time will tell how much we go with new changes and how much we keep the old party related tradition.
