Our neighbor spends for the annual check up and possible repairs of their house. The repainting is done every 2 or 3 years so that the house will look new according to the owner. He added that if ever they would seel their home then it can fetch a better price because the house is in “mint” condition just like brand new. I know it takes money for the repairs and repainting but it makes sense. I think that is a good investment for it enhances the value of the property. Who knows if there will come a time that you will sell you house then you already know what the pricing would be.
