there is no doubt that sleep is very important for the body and people must try as much as possible to get enough rest and sleep. lack of sleep can cause a lot of problems to your body system and make you not to function very well and achieve your daily goals.

Sleep is one of the most important activities of the body that we all need to take serious ,it may even be possible for us to survive for days or weeks without foods but we cannot survive more than two weeks without sleeping because sleep is the only way the body will be able to shake of the streess that we all went through throughout the day.
