Most people don't seem to welcome the idea of eating sugary foods,snacks, drinking sugary contents e.t.c.But on a lighter note,it's actually healthy to take sugar or any sugary content but in a REGULATED AMOUNT.This is because our body needs fats to do work,and we get quite a substantial amount of fats from carbohydrates and fatty foods and drinks.But it may not still be enough to meet our body needs.That's why experts recommend sugar intake but in a REGULATED.Now when we take sugary foods or drinks our body breaks down the fatty contents and calories in it and process it to make energy for daily tasks.Then left overs which aren't used are stored up in different parts of our body.This stored fats are used anytime the brain tells us we're hungry and there's nothing to eat or drink.This stores fats will keep the body alive and active for a while(maybe 3-4 days) before the body will receive another food.So don't be misled by the sweetness of sugar.It also has health benefits too if used and taken appropriately.
