Yes I know it depends on the type of products you are promoting but most people will likely be much more interesting to promote any of their product on Instagram because they believe they can be able to get serious buyer from the platform, Yes an affiliate marketer does not limit his promotion of products to only social media , they can also promote their products in forums and other larger online communities,

But I believe most affiliate marketers are not likely to promote their product on Facebook because I rarely seen an affiliate products on Facebook and most of the product I have been coming across on Facebook are shopping products from jumia or any other shopping platform like AliExpress and so on.

People are only able to sell their electronic devices like mobile phones and UK used laptop on Facebook because its has the required number of people that might really be interested in this product.

I don't really know if an affiliate marketer may likely advertised his or her product on telegram because telegram is a social media that has been hijacked by scammers and people won't want to risk their money trying to buy products on telegram when they know 90% of people are not trusted there.

A lot of people are even saying that Facebook is even the best social media to advertise an affiliate product , well in as much as I respect their own decision but in reality a lot of affiliate marketers do not really look forward to advertise their products on Facebook except in rare circumstances , you can ask any affiliate marketer you know they will tell you this.

I have been doing affiliate marketing for more than a year. I don't claim to make a lot of money through affiliate marketing, but I have managed to sell affiliate products and earn commissions from affiliate sales. Based on my experience, I believe there is no such thing as the best social media platform to promote affiliate products. Affiliate sales do not alone depend on the platform used for selling, there are a lot of factors involved, for example, how you are selling is more important than which platform you are using. You can of course use Instagram and Tiktok to sell affiliate products, but these platforms do not give much leverage when it comes to sharing links like Twitter and Facebook. Just because you have posted a video about a product and shared an affiliate link on TikTok does not mean you will be able to sell a product. You need a proper audience, you need to share only the products that your audience will find interesting. A lot of people use tiktok for entertainment, they might not be interested in checking the product. However, I am not trying to discourage people who want to try affiliate marketing through social media platforms.

There is no doubt that affiliate marking is a good way to make money online and this is the reason that affiliate marking if reigning nowadays. What I like to see is the high paying commission that it give to it member. Although I have not earn much from affiliate marketing but the little I have show that it is a too way to make money as far as online money making is concern.

The truth is, it is not easy to make money from affiliate marketing due to your traffic source. Where to draw traffic to your affiliate site is the main problem and this makes affiliate marking so boring to many people including me. However, there are a lot of free way to promote your affiliate links but this free ways are not genuine as the paid ways and even the paid ways too not all the time will people buy the products. But all the above way to promote affiliate links that you mentioned are true but you need to work on you social media accounts to get real and more audience especially foreign friends so to drag traffic from good source.
