The responsibilities and activities that comes with managing and controlling a business sometimes could be favourable in the terms of the easiest owner but most of the times it could be unfavorable for those managing and controlling the business . It is definitely true that in business there is a combination of war and fun , but that does not mean that you should be so caught up with the problems and difficulties comes with manager and establishing a business . Managing and controlling a business and doesn't have to be so hard and impossible but rather it can be possible only if the business operators and their business managers abide by basic business ethics and basic business rules and regulations . Inasmuch as owners of the business organisation enjoys the business profits, incomes, reputation, and other good incentives they also bear and suffer the business losses, liabilities, and Owings etc . There are some business problems and difficulties that cannot be bypassed but I definitely a must-face but every business despite whether the business is established in large-scale or small-scale .

On the other hand, when businesses endeavours to do the right thing by always carrying out business dealings and doings via the best possible ways without involving any fraudulent and dubious strategy or activity, so as to significantly and relevantly boost and increase their business profits, they are sure to go on with day-to-day business activities with fun and cheerfulness .

That is definitely true , there are some days when day-to-day planning of business activities and financial transactions goes in accordance to the favour of the business owner and also there are sometimes when day-to-day plan of the business do not go in accordance to the favour of the business owner as well . Just is the managers and recruiters of a business organisation enjoys the business profit and the business good incentives and reputation there also play the part of bearing the responsibility of facing the business losses and liabilities .

Managing and controlling a business does not have to be facing negativity at all times but to some extent you can make the path and direction of achieving business success and business prosperity in your business or organisation more straight-forward and more trustworthy . Basically , you must be able to track your business profit and your business income so that from time to time you can always speculate whether your business is running on a loss or possibly running on a profit .

Business phases are good or bad. In fact, there is no such a thing as a good business phase or bad one. There might be some phases that are more favorable than others, but that does not mean it is a good phase for a business to be in. For example, if you are starting up a new business, then the first few years of your business will be very important. However, if you want to make it big and successful, you need to be patient and stick with it.
