Well spoken any business with a good management plan always do succeed. Mostly what makes many businesses to fail is funds or capital management lot of people fail on how to plan on using the money in the business that after sometime the business runs out of funds or even have a lot of debts.

A good plan and skilled knowledge, good making decisions, creative and innovative these must be the key to any business manager. He or she should think about tomorrow and always dream big on how to expand the business. A good manager always aim high and dreams of making good profits day by day.

It's good for a business to have a good management when a business have a good management it's always very easy for the business to succeed in it business environment .Management is the coordination and administration of tasks to achieve the organisation goal. Such administration activities includes setting of the organization’s strategy and coordinating the efforts of staff to accomplish these objectives through the application of available resources in terms of money and other resources. Management can also refer to the seniority structure of staff members within an organization that control,directing, and making some decisions.

Usually the risk management is handled by a team of managers and discussed in a closed door meeting. That’s how big companies do it. When I was working in a bank we had a risk management meeting before the new year to prepare for the potential problem that the Y2K bug might bring to our computer system. I raised the point that only the old software will be affected because their dates are only 6 digits or MMDDYY but no one listened. Anyway, that is another story to tell. The result of the risk management meeting is good because there was no damage caused by the enemy.
 
I think you have pretty much analyzed the basic points to a successful business that is within your control as the entrepreneur or owner of the business. Usually the risk management is handled by a team of managers and discussed in a closed door meeting. That’s how big companies do it and the finance management is handled by a accountant or team of accountants. I think other factors like the workers and employees can also determine the outcome of a particular business.
