It is absolutely unclear whether the business manager or the business owners should be the same individual in a business organisation because in most cases the business manager and the business owners are two separate individuals and in fact the business manager may absolutely be more than one individual in a business organisation for the business owner can just be just one individual. Business management is an activity that requires a whole lot of skillful behaviour and attitude such as creativity and observation. And these are definitely attitudes and behaviours in which an individual will have to spend years and decades to be able to successfully achieve more quickly and efficiently.
On the other hand implementing or establishing a business can absolutely be an easy activity if such individual have the sufficient capital and adequate funds in doing so. But on the other hand managing a business is basically what requires a whole lot of work and not a room full of business owners are able to manage business that is why the employee or recruit the service of another to act for them as a manager and carry out all managerial and administrative activities in the business organisation .
