Buying Buying of crypto from another country

Is there any difference in rate of crypto concerning the difference in rate of currencies from different countries around the world?
I have interest in buying and selling of cryptos and making profit from the rates if possibly the rates are different just the currency rate of different countries because I believe it would be a great business opportunity like forex business.

Some one told me that in Colombia is slightly cheaper than in Europe. I didn't check it, but the man who told me that looked like speaking sincerely. Take a look in Localbitcoins Colombia or something like that and told me if is truth.
