Can A Car Insurance Company Remove Tracker Without Consent?

Having an insurance is one of the things that many people would like to do and this is why they opt for the best insurance plans. In the past, we have had an insurance for the car and they used to install a car tracker so that the car could be tracked in case if the car gets stolen. However, there came a time when we were late when it comes to making a payment to the insurance company and they sent their workers to remove the tracker in our car. They actually did this and after they removed the tracker from our car, they stated that they removed it. I really do not know why they did this. Why didn't they told us before removing it and I felt that what they did is kind of unethical thing.

Why do you want tracker to be removed at the first place?

The car has a number that could be tracked through this number labelled in the back of the car so in case it is stolen unluckily you will label this number to the police agency that could find it in a short period so do not worry half of cases restore their car before being divided into many components and resold.
