It is true that majority of people believe that for them to get a high-paying job, they must absolutely and really have to go to school and education centers to earn for themselves degrees in academics on the job or career in which they want to prestigiously have. There is absolutely no need to depicts that have a degree can definitely earn you a high-paying job, but it is important that we all understand that to earn a high-paying job does not necessarily mean that you must have a degree. Majority of people are degree-less but have been able to establish for themselves high paying jobs and careers. Many people on the other hand who have gone to schools of education in order to get a degree on their preferred prestigious jobs and careers, are not still able to establish for themselves a high-paying job and most of them are basically settling for lesser jobs that gives them lesser income amount. The purpose of this thread is never or not disputing the fact that individuals should not get for themselves a degree in their preferred and dreamed prestigious jobs and career but basically the purpose of this thread is to explain that an individual does not necessarily need a degree to get a high-paying job. Futhermore, let us consider some high-paying jobs an careers and individual can get even without a degree: SOFTWARE DEVELOPER: Many software developers are self-taught and able to gain experience through online courses, coding bootcamps, and building their own projects. SALES REPRESENTATIVE: Sales representatives sell products and services to businesses and consumers. Many companies offer on-the-job training and pay commissions, which can lead to high earnings. The BLS reports that the median annual wage for sales representatives was $63,420 as of May 2020. REAL ESTATE BROKER: Real estate brokers need to complete a pre-licensing course and pass a licensing exam, but a degree is not required. Brokers earn commissions on the properties they sell, which can lead to high earnings. The BLS reports that the median annual wage for real estate brokers and sales agents was $51,220 as of May 2022. WEB DEVELOPER: Many web developers are self-taught and able to gain experience through online courses and building their own projects. According to the BLS, the median annual wage for web developers was $77,200 as of May 2020.
