Car Insurance should include the Rental Car Payment after an Accident

Many people do not pay much attention to their auto insurance until unfortunately they are in a car accident, when they need to call the insurer and file a claim to cover the costs of temporary rental and repair of a substitute car.

The downside is that many people are surprised to hear that their auto insurance does not automatically include coverage to pay for a rented vehicle when the insured car enters the shop for a repair caused by a claim covered in the policy.

Typical crash repairs can put a car in the shop for a minimum of two to three weeks, which costs some amount to rent a replacement car. This expense need to be included as additional coverage in the insurance policy.

Yes, you're right dearie, auto insurance policy doesn't come to cover up for rented vehicles we took either from the car link, or we took from our friend. Insurance covers for what truly belongs to us, any thing that goes contrary it's on our own risk and insurance doesn't cover up for that.

This is what we call false calculations. This means the car driver is proud because he is respecting the route instructions and is a good driver. Suddenly, another car driver talking on the phone while driving cause an accident or a motorcycle driver. So do not rely only on your driving capacity and you have to do car insurance for such purposes.

Before insuring make sure you know about the policy very well , and know if the insurance would actually cover the rented car or not ,then you make a proper decision on wether to buy the insurance policy or you won't ,then make the right decision I think tho ,

The most of people aren't specialist or may need a lawyer to understand the different rules because most of us knows just generality about insurance but if you read contract you may face many words or definitions that are not understandable to the ordinary people. This is why many people ask their lawyer before sign in any contract to more understand.

Yeah a lot of people that I have seen actually do consult their lawyer properly before making any prior move to signing any thing as deal and others ,but what if I cases where the person have no lawyer they might just find themselves signing a different thing actually too ,
