Causes of belly fat

Belly fat are mostly caused by too much of calories intake in the body which store in the stomach as fat
 
When you consume too much of food most especially foods high in Calories or food that contain carbohydrates they do cause belly fat
 
Does that drink alcohol always have problem with belly fat because alcohol causes fat in the belly and can lead to diseases as well
 
Improper digestion can also cause belly fat because the food won't be able to store in the right place and belly fat can also be due to cholesterol in the body
 
Eating foods that causes weight gain i.e food high in calories can lead to big tummy

Some people likes to eat junk food alot and they are also lazy to do exercise those are the people that have the high risk of having belly fat

A lot of reasons causes people to gain belly fat it can be due to lack of exercise or poor diet and belly fat can increase the risk of having heart attack, dementia, breast cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart attack
Eating poor diet like cakes, soda, candy and drinks leads to weight again and it slow down metabolism
Too much consumption of alcohol can lead to weight gain around the bellies mostly especially among the makes
Being ones also plays a vital role in belly fat
Sleeping for a short period of time which leads to increase in food intake which plays a part in the abdominal fat
Lack of exercise can lead to weight gain around the bellies because doing exercise helps to burn calories which reduces the risk of

A friend has a belly fat due to being overweight but since she started exercising the fat in the belly started reducing
 
High cholesterol mostly caused belly fat or when being overweight or obese causes it as well we should minimize calories intake to reduce the belly fat

Apart from the genetic factor which may serve as the first and very decisive factor in determining obesity, eating junk food, eating heavy food at night and taking too much alcoholic substances can lead to having big belly. And we can also cure it by watching our lifestyles and what we eat.
 
Belly fat is caused by drinking alcohol and it is mostly common in men.when you drink too much alcohol it makes the belly fat and it is not good for the body.the body will be heavy and the person also feels restless.it can also be caused due to eating of too much junks.
 
Do you really think that consuming alcohol can actually lead to weight gain because I believe it is completely the other way around because alcohol is generally dangerous to the body then how it is possible that this can lead to weight gain ? I Only know taking of beer most especially in large quantity can lead to development of belly fat.
 
There are numerous causes for fatty belly.....1. Eating a lot of oily stuffs that contains too much fats. 2. Lying on bed just after eating a food. 3. Being lazy and always sleep and lay on bed. 4. Not take any good diet like a fruits that have nutritional content that maintains weight..
