[QUOTE="CALVINDOL, post: 271350, member: 43757"] It is actually true that some business employees and workers are always showing behaviours that are questionable and totally unadvised. Some of these behaviours are far from what a business worker or employee should totally sensitivity and reflect in the workplace. Some of these behaviours include harassment and bullying of other co-workers and employees in business environment. And just like you have already mentioned business superiors and business employers shouldn't hold their hands watching employees exhibiting some sort of behaviours that are considered questionable and unethical. They should be immediately called out, and questioned and if the business employer of superior who is merciful enough the employee exhibited such unethical behaviour should be constantly warned but if there seems to be no change in his or her behaviour that employees should definitely be terminated and relieved of his or her duty as an employee in the business organisation so as not to toxic or influence the behaviours of other employees making the atmosphere in the business environment inconducive for achieving business goals and objectives.
