Advertisement is very essential for a business, it creates a public awareness of your products and services. What are some ways you can advertise your business in the cheapest ways possible?
1. When will you can advertise your products and services is the social media. Don't you just create your account for phone lets people know what you are doing.
2. Family and friends. After knowing everything about the products and services you render make sure they also advertise it on their platform and advertise to their friends.
3. Flyers and bills. You can also create flyers and bills with very little money and then distribute it to people. You could also obtain a business card.
4. Mouth to mouth advertising. Wherever you go and whenever you have the chance tell people of what you do, encourage them to try you out and also inform them to tell their friends.

All the methods you mentioned are good ways of promoting your business not really marketing perse. The reason is that it's does not leads to lots of conversion except for the one that comes naturally.

The best form of marketing for small scale business is direct marketing. It is also know as two step marketing. It involves generating the first on free offer and later up sell them with another irresistible offer.

Take for instance, if it happen that you are selling a course on graphic design instead of asking Poeple to buy the course from you, a person they don't know before, it might hard to sell.

Rather gives valuable part of the course for free with s bait to get the remaining parts at a fee. If they are hooked with free version, can them upsell them.

They will likely to buy from you because you have build credibility with the with the free quality offer.

Those are very good ways to market your business at very cheap costs. Indeed social media provides the best platforms to advertise freely. You can go for WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, whichever works for you best. The good thing is that you can use more than one platform and reach even more people.

Advertising by word of mouth is also great as you always interact with people several times a day. Telling one person about it and asking them to tell others makes the word spread.

It is actually very surprising that a lot of people have turned to digital media advertising and social media advertising that they have forgotten that this traditional methods of advertising also convert very well. One very underrated method of advertising their is using of posters and billboards especially on very busy areas.
