Consequences of not adhering to your customers advice.

Business owners are most associated with the attitude and behaviour of considering their customers , client , and Consumers not part of their business and so they do not have any privilege in any way to advise the business owner in one way or the other . Such mindset and thinking is not good at all , this is because everyone of us need encouragement and correction whether in business or in our personal activities or dealings with others . business owners must always listen to the advice of their consumer , customers , and clients . Although one consumer , client or customer cannot speak for all consumers and clients , but when couple of consumers and client have made complaints about a particular issue the business owner must understand that the issue is serious and must try his best to rectify the issue quickly .

For example a particular customer on a particular day may not be satisfied with the business organisation customer service , or maybe the workers in a business organisation are very harsh and not considerate towards their customers and so that particular customer have to make complaints or report to the business manager owner . Possibly a second day or more , another customer also make the same complain about the business organisations customer service not being good . At this point the business owner must understand that the situation is critical , and must immediately rectified the issue either by cautioning his workers and staffs .

First and foremost; you erected that business for your customers.
You should be able to meet up to there demands in your business.
As long as does their demands you're trying to meet up with,is not cheating you,them either.

If you are manufacturing bread,and those your customers do not like the way it's being made; maybe the mixture is not that okay,since they are your visitors,and they are the ones who are to consume those things, you should try to adjust or add what is best to make it really presentable for them.

This will also invite more people to partronise you more.

But if you do not adhere to their advice, you'll be loosing them.

Though, their demands may be high, that it beats the company's capacity; you should be able to atleast sketch out a medium that would explain a bit to there understanding, how the company is, the strength at the main time.
That as time goes on, you are going to make sure you make improvements in these areas they've pointed out.

Depends on the way you approach them,they will stick to you,till you're able to climb to their expectations.

This is the reason why digital marketing or advertisement is very important in this area and in other aspects.

As a business owner understanding that your clients and customers are absolutely and obviously part of a business organisation totally plays a very important role in determining how successful your business organisation will be . there is absolutely nothing wrong for a business owner to be cancelled or advised by his clients and customers because there is absolutely no one on planet earth that is considered to be perfect in his dealings and doings possibly in business related areas or personal related areas . Sooner or later we human beings are prone to make errors and mistakes this is because we are all imperfect humans and are prone to make mistakes and errors .

if you do not listen to the counsel of your clients and customers you mean absolutely lost the reputation that they had on you at first . Now a business owner may absolutely look away if only a particular business owner complains of a particular issue that he or she sees wrong in a business organisation . But in a case where more than one business clients and customers complains about a particular issue more than one times it is advised to rectify the issue and see ways to find solution to it , if you want to keep your business in a successful rate .

Nice write-up,you have already made mention of the main important point, but I would like to say this, as as a business individual or as an entrepreneur before you can start up any business you need to think about your needs and wants of your customers, is not all about buying and selling but it's all about taking good care of your customers and providing all the necessary things they need remember your business depends on your customers without your customers you cannot succeed that's just it

No man should be an island no matter how much you believe your business is yours and no one should interfer but you should know that without customers you can't thrive with your business, infact when it comes to business, customer is king so to continue to progress in the business, a business oriented will not look down on a customer or their inputs in the business.

A business that does not count as anything the suggestions and complains of it's customer is not ready to stand the test of time. The consequences will include

Having bad reviews, customers will not hesitate to drop bad reviews if you don't listen to their complains to make changes it shows you don't have their interest at heart So they will want others to know about this flaw of your business
reduced rating: The business will be rated low as their suggestions were not adopted or their complsins are left unresolved. No one will rste a business with such customer service attitude high. So one will need to change to have customers rate the business higher again.

failure of the business: This is another consequence, the business when no longer patronaged will fsil since people will not be willing to patronize it.
