Do you know that if you are not a heavy internet user then you might not need to buy data to work on paid to post sites. When you use the opera mini browser you would be given 50MB free daily This is a good way to save money from buying data.
You can work on different posting sites. This is what I just did even as I type this thread, I'm using the free MB. If you even want to make the data last a little longer then you can reduce the picture quality from the setting so that much data isn't consumed as you used the free data. Just locate the setting and change the picture quality from high to low by clicking on low.
if you don't have the browser you can download from your app store or play store to try it out.
