Customer Acquisition Cost.

Customer Acquisition Cost is a measure that businesses use. It shows how much they spend to attract a new customer. It provides the information to allow them to make decisions in regard to budget allocations as well as knowing how their customer acquisition strategy is performing. Such is the cost of winning a customer, and it should be less to ensure a healthy return and sustaining growth. However, the customer acquisition cost may vary from one channel to another or from one marketing strategy to another, and a business should strive to keep it sufficiently low. Reduction in customer acquisition cost can be achieved by perfecting the intentions of marketing campaigns, enhancing conversion rates and increasing efficiency in strategies for customer retention strategies.
