Digihost, a Bitcoin Miner Aims to Triple Capitalization With $250M Share Offering
Digital asset mining firm Digihost Technology Inc. (DGHI) is aiming to triple its capitalization with a $250 million share offering, the company announced on Friday.

Digihost claims it will use the money to acquire new cryptocurrency mining equipment and to invest in other digital assets. By raising capital through the offering, Digihost will be able to significantly expand its mining operations for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, according to the statement.

Digihost also said it will invest some of the funds into "opportunistic purchases" of other cryptocurrencies, including altcoins like Ether (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), and Dash.
In addition, the company said it would earmark $10 million of the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
