As sweet as it is, sugar has a lot of disadvantage to our bodies but still people continue taking it, did you know why, this is because is taste good in the mouth. Foods that contains sugar and make up a large part of the average diet because they taste good. The reason why Sugar is added to many foods is because sugar boost the flavor, preserve the shelf life and achieve a desired texture. You should limit your intake of sugar to between 6 and 9 teaspoons per day, but most American consume closer to 22 teaspoons. Knowing the disadvantages of consuming too much sugar might motivate you to take charge of your health and reduce your intake. Because if you really love your self you will do well to stop that.
one of the disadvantage of sugar intake is that, it increase weight and as we all know this will result to obesity. Which is not good for every individual. Another one is it causes tooth decay. Too much sugar will result to tooth decay. As far as you consume too much sugar just know that you won't runaway from tooth decay. They are lots more but I will like to stop here.

Sugar has some many disadvantages. One common disadvantage people know about sugar is that it could lead to diabetes in the long run. What most persons don't know is that sugar, especially does refined ones can lead to weight gain, it could also expose the individual to various heart diseases. Sugar also increases your risk of depression, this is why most people tend to eat alot, especially sweet things like ice cream, cake and the likes when they are sad or depressed.

Which human beings have the tendency to enjoy sugary foods and in fact according to research almost everything that we eat in a day contains sugar , despite the fact that sugar is sweet and has advantage to the body it is important to also know that excessive consumption of sugar have devastating and dehumanizing effects to the human health and body systems . Excessive consumption of sugar prevent the human bones not to become strong thereby decreasing the rate of casual contained in the human bones and teeth . Excessive consumption of sugar affect vital organs of the body such as the liver and the pancreas , and in most usual cases a lot of people died as a result of liver disease caused as a result of excessive consumption of sugary foods and products .

Sugar in itself is totally not bad but it is important that we eat it in moderation , so as not to let our body encounter diseases an illness that could be life threatening . the prominent business we all know today caused by excessive consumption of sugary foods is known as diabetes and we all know that there is absolutely no cure for diabetes presently . Diabetes if not control could be life threatening and could cause an individual to die in a young age .

Sugar is sweet but when taken too much causes alot of damage to the health. Added sugar gives you more pounds, make you add more weight which can lead automatically to diabetes and cancer.
Extra sugar adds more fat to your blood stream and raises your blood pressure, this can lead to stroke and other hear diseases.
Also eating alot of packaged foods, can drinks, soda and sugar can damage your liver when the sugar get extreme because your liver transform it into fat.
Eating candies, chocolate and sugary foods can cause cavities due to the acid that is left in your teeth, it wears away he enamel, doctors advice people to rinse their mouth after eating sweets to wash away the acid.
Too much of sugar raises your chance of kidney stones. According to doctors sugary beverages and drinks can add years to your biological age.
Too much sugar could fuel depression through swelling, or inflammation, in your brain, which is more common in people with depression.
