Do rich people really work hard?

I totally agree with you on this. Rich people work smart rather than working hard. Working hard means you put too much pressure on yourself yet you really don't know how things really work. But having knowledge and wisdom means you will put your time and effort on only the things that are profitable.

A lot of people often equate working hard with waking up in the morning around 5 a.m. going to work and coming back by 6 p.m. in the evening. While it is of no doubt that the middle class work harder than the rich it is also important to know that there is also work hard a lot. It is never an easy work for you to see it and determine which of your prospects are going to perform better in the future for you to invest or to control employees.

Rich people work intelligently or smartly to attain a stage where there income become passive , that is the money they make will be set in a system that will keep generating more money for them without doing any work, the likes Amazon, Microsoft, Tesla, Facebook etc are making money passively. It is very good to work smart because that's what preserve our health.

Rich people also work to get or attain the level they are.Rich people take a great risk that an average or poor man will not want to venture into.Rich people do a lot of investment such as getting loan from the bank to buy a large plots of land, leave it for years and later sell to make huge profit. This is difficult for a poor or average man.Poor people are always afraid of taking risk and life is also risk.

Rich people don't work hard to make money they rather work smart and also take bigger risk than the ordinary or poor people, in life the more calculated risk you take the more you tend to make success in your activities. A rich person can decide to invest heavily in bitcoin now and if the market recovers the person get more richer but ordinary people will be scared of taking the risk as they could loose more so they prefer to Invest little which will definitely come with little profit.
If rich people don't work hard means their company and their business will fall down because absence of boss or job owner means lazy worker, means projects given to company doesn't arrive in time, means several absence from employees, means that boss is not up to date in what is happening everyday in his company, so what people think is totally wrong however rich people can may have a break time from work at excursions but it doesn't mean not working at all.

"Indeed, business visionaries may buckle down, however I dont think they really work any harder than, say, specialists, medical caretakers or others in the public eye, but colossal abundance accompanies it and along these lines gigantic duty accompanies that riches, obligation to do beneficial things, perhaps make new organizations and possibly tackle a portion of the more apparently immovable issues in the world"

He might be correct. Be that as it may, concentrates on the similar work propensities for the rich recount an alternate story.

Exploration by teachers Mark Aguiar and Erik Hurst joined the consequences of a few enormous studies (counting contemplates where haphazardly picked subjects kept definite time journals), and figured out that the functioning time for upper-pay experts has expanded contrasted and 1965, while absolute yearly working time for low-expertise, low-pay laborers has diminished.

As David Brooks put it in a 2006 segment: "Without precedent for mankind's set of experiences, the rich work longer hours than the low class."

Exploration by Daniel Kahneman, the Nobel Prize-winning analyst, shows that "being rich is frequently an incredible indicator that individuals invest less energy doing pleasurable things and additional time doing necessary things and feeling anxious."

His examination found that individuals who procure under $20,000 every year, for example, spent in excess of 33% of their time in latent recreation, such as kicking back and sitting in front of the TV. On the other hand, those acquiring more than $100,000 every year (more princely than affluent), spent not exactly a fifth of their time in aloof recreation.

My own experience discloses to me that the affluent buckle down. I went through Monday and Tuesday with an up tycoon at 4:30 a.m., held gatherings and business briefings until 9 p.m., had supper, then, at that point chipped away at messages until 2 a.m. He woke up at 5 a.m. the following morning, and started from the very beginning once more. Seven days seven days. This business person hadnt taken a vacation day in 10 years (and I checked).

Obviously, the acquired well off may be an alternate story (however a lot of them buckle down, as well). In any case, during a period of lower pay and expanding requests on laborers, it may seem like most Americans are working longer hours. However, as per the OECD, absolute normal yearly work hours for the individuals who are utilized tumbled to 1,768 out of 2009, from 1836 of every 2000.

Obviously, some might be working less not out of decision yet by need. Furthermore, perhaps the high society are the only ones lucky to have the option to work extended periods of time for weighty pay. Furthermore, even the pleased affluent would concede that difficult work represents just piece of their prosperity.

All things considered, in light of the restricted information we have, well off and upper-pay people truly appear to specialist harder than every other person

Rich people do not necessarily work hard. However, they are usually good at making money by trading or conducting business. Many rich people have some sort of skills which they use to earn money. For example, a good graphic designer or writer can become rich if he or she is really good at what they do and earn good money.

The so called rich people you see today, not all of them started rich, some had so many challenges and difficulties, lets be realistic. It is their hard work that got them to the level they are now. Now at this level, you don't expect them to work as hard as they did in the past. It is their money that does the work. They get information, then invest in these information.

Rich people worked hard before they become rich and are now working smarter to grow their wealth further. This is why people may struggle to make money but not with the rich because the money they have already will help them in achieving their goal faster.
In general , being rich is an indication that the person works smarter.

It is often said that one would need to work hard before getting rich, but with the Advent of this our information age, I do not think this is close to the truth at all.
Personally, I think the poor and middle class work harder the most, but they do not earn as much as the rich and this is enough to question the assertion that hardwork is proportional to success.

I believe the rich do not work harder than the poor and middle class do, instead they work smart. This is because they have been able to understand how money works and are obviously financially literate. This gives them a better advantage which makes it easy for them to make money without much stress.

This is more like writing that the rich work smart not hard. I totally agree with you what we should do is to learn how money works than expending more energy on work that will drain us and make us look tired and exhausted everyday. The rich put the effort on making money works for them not actually with their physical strength

Rich people worked hard when they started the business. Then they started working smarter and keener than before, due to the experience they gained. And when they developed their business enough, they expand it to extents that are possible and make other people work for them. It's a system. First you work to create it, then the system starts working for you. :) That's the main principle of working as an affiliate marketer.

Rich people usually work hard , because they cant just relax and be lazy and expect themselves to get paid multiple times ,so they need to be more focused on their development and others and as well continue their sucess target and continue to develop and this would be intiated if they only choose to work hard more

If you are rich, you don't need to work hard anymore. You just need to be smart. So I don't think rich people are working so hard. Most Rich people are connected, they get most first hand information about how to make money, and they also have the money to invest in the viable information given to them. They just work brilliantly smart.

My wife is working in the biggest bank that is owned by one of the richest woman in our country. That woman is past 70 and still works as the chairman of the bank. She is the one who approves the table of organization and she chooses the executives to be hired. In short, she is doing hard work until now.
Personally I don't think she's working hard at the moment rather she's working smart with accumulated experience she had had in the past, all she does now is to ensure strict supervision and hold stakeholders meetings for them to discuss or deliberate how best the bank can grow further. Working smart is the lead especially in this technological age we are.

I don't think so. Rich people don't work as hard as the poor do. They pay for the work and allow the poor to be the ones doing all the jobs while they sit back, relax and do the controlling and directing and giving instructions. That is what we call working smart not working hard.

That is exactly what I am trying to say too. They tend to see with their minds, what so many other people fail to see with their eyes.
Being rich comes with a lot of responsibilities and it is now very important for them to always seek smarter alternatives to any situation at hand.

I read today that Bernard Anault of France is the richest person in the world with estimated net worth of $186.3 billion, followed by Jeff bezos at $186.0 billion, third to Elon musk with estimated net worth of $147 billion. Hmm, i never heard about this Benard Anault before, he came and took over as richest person in 2021 surprisingly.
