Does every business need to have a customer service?

Not necessarily. Customer service is an important part of any business, but it doesn't have to be the backbone of your company. If you're not sure whether or not you should offer customer service, here are some things to consider:

Your product or service. If you sell something that people buy in bulk or don't need to worry about getting back if they lose it, then a lot of attention won't be needed from customers. However, if you sell something that requires personalized attention from customers and they're willing to spend time with you, then maybe you should consider offering customer service as part of your business model.

Your level of competition. If there are many other businesses offering similar products or services nearby, then perhaps it's better not to offer customer service as a way to differentiate yourself from others.
