Don't Do What You Can't Do - Out Source

The problem with most people, is that they believe they can do everything by themself,

Most business leaders think and believe they have to be heavily involved in every aspect of their ventures and its somehow really bad.
But as we all know the popular saying, trying to be the jack of all trades will make you become a master of known, and we all know as an entrepreneur you have to be an expert on something.


So just figure out what you're really good at and do that, learn that research on that till you believe no one else is better at it than you, and make sure you don't concern yourself with anything you aren't really good at.

Now this is where you out source - find someone that is good at those things and let them do it for you

I believe that if you outsource things can alot faster and more effective in most cases, when the proper people are playing the proper role things will move on quickly

They is a comment here on this forum, someone said they created a blog and out sourced the blog articles she got accepted on Google adsense.
Later on she created another site and wrote the articles herself, But guess what she wasn't accepted on Google adsense.

That's just the technique some sharp and smart managers use. If you are not the best, hire the best. And some manager will even use machiavellian rule by not praising the best hands so that he won't feel too important, rather they let him feel like naive so that he can be putting his best always.

Outsourcing some of the less important activities or task comes with a lot of benefits. Outsourcing give you more time to do something that is highly important. Outsourcing makes it pretty much easier to improve productivity as you will have more ants on the job. Outsourcing gives you the chance to use other people's time for your own benefit.

You are definitely right. Trying to become jack of all trades will definitely not make you to succeed in business. This is one idea that makes people to employ a lot of people to different positions in their business and that business actually do well because people are focused on what they know how to do. Specialisation leads to expertise and definitely success.

The best thing you can ask us in your business are those little task that can occupy your time and prevent you from doing the important ones. don't be too lazy and outsource the Major determinant of your business success to someone else who have little or no knowledge in that area.
