2. Oranges: These are some of the best fruits that can be included in a diabetic diet. They have natural sugar, contain fiber, vitamin C, minerals like thiamine that help regulate glucose levels. Have a low glycemic index (between 31 and 51) that helps slow blood glucose release. They also help regulate body weight, a risk factor for diabetics. An average size orange a day is recommended.

About from the information you have just shared, I have already known it long time ago that avocado pear is actually the best food for people with diabetes because it doesn't contain so much sugars .nature has given us all the food that we need even when we have some serious situation that have deprived us of so many things.
