Eat Right, Avoid These Bad Food Combinations

If you're dieting, chances are that you've been told to avoid certain foods. But if you're trying to be healthy, what's the harm in eating a little sugar or a few carbs?

Maybe it's true that these foods don't mix well with your health goals. But maybe they do and maybe it's time to find out! Here are 3 foods that are great for dieting but bad for your health:

* Bananas: Bananas are packed with carbs and sugar. Sure, they taste great when you eat them by themselves, but when you combine them with an apple or other fruit, they're not so good anymore and can actually make you gain weight.

* Cheese: Cheese is rich in protein and fat, so it's great for helping you feel full while eating less food during a diet. But cheese is also high in sodium and saturated fat which means it can contribute to weight gain if you eat too much of it!

* Nuts: Nuts have lots of protein and healthy fats that help keep you feeling full when eating less food during a diet. But nuts also contain saturated fat which is linked not only to heart disease but also obesity!

Thanks for the update, in terms of the banana, what about those who are usually do fruit salads, I believe some of them usually mix bananas with other fruits, is this mixture also bad, or is it strictly for does who are into one from of diet or the other.
