The business owner must educate her workers on how to develop a good customer relations, hence the owner himself or herself must have a very good customer relations so as to retain their customers band and even increase it.
 
In business there are some many factors one must always put into considerations, the way and manner we treat our customers will tell if they will come back to patronize things from us it is essential for us to be friendly with our customers. By so doing they will be happy to come back for more or they will most likely refer others customers to us and patronize from us. I have seen people moving from a very long distance to meet up with their customers just because of the way they were treated nicely. Been friendly gives us an edge over our competitors and helps us to retain our customers.


So as business owners we must not be arrogant to our customers or to people in general because we can never tell who is who. And been arrogant will certainly give us a very bad imagine in the eyes of others including our customers. I have had my share of experience with arrogant business owners and I have vowed never to repeat those shops again and I didn't leave alone as I also told my friends and neighbors aswel you can shine how such business center will lose their customers.
 
Arrogance, whether it be in personal life or business, will not get you anywhere. Business owners are expected to serve as paragons for their employees when it comes to dealing with the employees, customers, and with other people involved in the business. As such, they must exercise restraint in their dealings and actions and be more conscious of other people's feelings and well-being.

Arrogance directed towards the employees can seriously impact their self-worth and make them feel unwelcome in the organization. They will likely harbor ill feelings towards the boss and the company in general and their behavior towards their boss and the customers will reflect these negativities. It will stifle creativity and innovation in the workplace which can have long-term effects on the survival and growth of the business. An excessive sense of self-importance is not a good trait to have when you are a business owner because businesses depend much on establishing rapport and positive relationships with employees, the customers, and the community.​
 
The effect of an arrogant business owner is one who is setting up a pace for the crumble of his business. Arrogance does not take one far in life, arrogance is different from knowing your rights and privileges. There is no business owner who is arrogant in business who would likely have a success in his business.

The customers are the roots or the pillar of any business. There is no business that can survive or thrive without the key input of the customers or clients therefore any business owner should prioritize them as he prioritizes his business.


Arrogance is a deadly cankerworm which eats deep into the business without even the entrepreneur realizing. There are some business owners who are not even aware or admit their level of arrogance. At times, it is always good to checkmate yourself and if you have employees give them a questionnaire to rate you or tick your arrogance level without them attaching their names or signatures so that you would be able to assess yourself from the perspective or views of other people. No customer would want to remain a permanent patronizer to an individual who owns a business yet fails to realize that arrogance would one day make his venture sink!
