Some newly-started entrepreneur and business owner initially have the urge to establish and implement a business idea of theirs but when they have established such a business they probably come to see that managing the business is actually hard and totally unbearable . there is no doubt in the fact that are establishing and managing a business and totally two different things and it is important that when a business owner is thinking of establishing or implementing a particular business idea he also must also give attention on how to properly manage such business probably in some inevitable or occouring situation that cannot be easily or totally eradicated . Establishing a business could be very easy for example if you have the required capital to establish such a business of a trance but on the other hand managing a business requires your mental faculties and psychology to be in proper state and to work hand in hand with each other .

It has never been easy to manage a business that is why some newly established businesses have gone bankrupt , and liquidated thereby shutting down as a result of poor management and the inability of their business managers to creatively sort out ways to increase business assets and business incomes .

There is a clear difference between establishing a business and very well become successful. That you have started a business does not automatically mean that it will be successful because there are a lot of things you must put in place if you really want to become a successful business owner.

Firstly, it is very much important you have proper idea of the business you are into because there is no way you can be able to run a business effectively if you do not have good idea about it. As someone who is starting a new business, you must try as much as possible to employ people that have passion and a lot of knowledge about businesses.

Employing people that are experienced is always very much important for new businesses because it can go a very long way. They will definitely be bringing their experience to your business and that alone can make your business move forward.

As someone who is venturing into a business, you must have enough capital because capital is very important in any business venture. Capital is needed for a whole lot of things like employing qualified people and also running marketing for the business. without advertising your business there is no way people are going to know about it.

Establishing a business is not the same as managing one.

There are good reasons why the two processes should be kept separate. In general, establishing a business is meant to be a creative process. You're coming up with new ideas, deciding where and how you want to set up. It's a time when collaborations are formed and new partnerships are made.

When you're ready to move into business management, though, all that creativity needs to be channeled into something more practical and organized. A business manager needs to focus on productivity, organization of tasks and people, and figuring out what it takes to keep the business running smoothly while making a profit.

While it's true that some people are both excellent at setting up a business and effectively managing it once it has been established, most managers work best if they are given the task of maintaining and improving an already existing structure rather than trying to create one from scratch.

Establishing a business is totally different from taking charge of the affair of that business or company. Management of a business require for managerial skill which can be obtain through the education system in high institutions. Manager are usually trained to manage the affair of a business or company for the owner and receive salary for his or her service to the company. A person can be wealth enough to establish a business or company and decide to put someone in charge of the business to manage the affair and day to day activities of the business, the person he employ will be place on salary for his or her, though it is not necessary to have managerial knowledge for us to establish business of our own since we can employ expert that have managerial skill to man the business for us while the owner just come to supervise. Though as an entrepreneur it is very necessary and important to have managerial skill to manage any form of business we intend to establish. The best way to manage a business is to manage the business by ourselves than to employ the help of an expert to do that for us, it help to reduce cost and help to manage the business to the best of our interest.

I totally agree and concur to the fact that establishing a business and managing a business are totally two different things but yet not a lot of people know this because people have the mindset that once they have established a business they are indeed capable of managing it . This is not exactly in most cases because majority of business owners with such mindset have later learnt their lessons and most ofwho were not able to manage their business successfully have probably shut down their business or gone bankrupt as a result of poor management is only caused as a result of poor and inaccurate business funds allocation . To manage a business a particular business manager must have sound and accurate creativity . in other words he must be very creative in order to sort out and find out ways to increase business productivity his inability to increase his business productivity to telling me is that he is not creative .

It is absolutely and obviously true that it has never been easy to establish and manage a business at the same time , truth be told , it is absolutely hard to manage a business but that does not mean that you should not try your best as a business owner .

Establishing and managing a business are totally two different things.
Establishing a business involves setting up your company and getting it ready to go. This usually involves finding the right location for your business, setting up documentation (such as incorporation papers), and coming up with a name for your company. You also need to decide what kind of business you want to run: Do you want to focus on online sales only, or do you want to sell in person as well? You'll need to make sure that any website or social media accounts you create are connected with each other so that everything flows together smoothly.

Once your company is established, it's time to manage it This includes making sure that all employees are doing what they need to do, ensuring that clients are happy with their experience (and being proactive if something goes wrong), and keeping track of finances so that you know where your money is going at all times.

It can be difficult to balance both establishing and managing a business but by breaking down each step into its own task, you'll be able to get everything done in less time than before.
