First of all I want to talk about causes of obesity or weight gain. The main cause of weight gain is eating junk food or do not eat healthy food or very busy lifestyle. If we are serious to lose weight then in my point of view the good way is to do exercise daily. We should make a timetable and follow this timetable regularly. Doing exercise at early morning is best beacuse at early morning we are empty stomach and in empty stomach fat burn faster. We can also do meditation and do morning walk. Morning walk is best way to lose weight. If we do walk daily then we also inhale fresh air that keep our lungs strong.
