Social proof: What people say about your products matters. Therefore, get your previous customers talk positively about your products and show these social proofs to your new customers.

Making belief in what you sell is the first tactic for me. There are some brand that do use this strategy to win customers. They present their products as the best thing to ever come to being. Customers hereby seeing themselves as inferior for using other products. iPhone is a classical example.

iPhone succeeds because Apple is not selling a mobile handset, it is actually selling a lifestyle. When you are buying iPhone, you are not just buying a mobile phone, you are buying the lifestyle promoted by the company. These days a lot of brands are not actually selling products, they are selling lifestyle.
