The secret to getting it right with fruits business is not to overstock. When you are able to stock your fruits at the optimum level that the market available to you to sell out before spoilage, you would not be exposed to that risk of your fruits spoiling for you to incur losses. The problem is that most fruit sellers always want to overstock in season and end up making losses. Just buy what your market can carry and sell off on time.
