Fundamental analysis is a method of analyzing financial markets for the purpose of predicting prices. Forex fundamental analysis focuses on the general state of the economy, and looks at many factors including interest rates, employment, gross domestic product, international trade and manufacturing, as well as their relative impact on the value of the national currency to which it is linked.

The basic premise in the fundamental analysis of the currency market - Forex, as well as other financial markets, is that the price of an asset may differ from its value. For this reason, some markets may sometimes price an asset up or down in the short term. Purists claim that even though they are priced in the short term, the asset will always return to the right price eventually. The ultimate goal of conducting a fundamental analysis of the financial markets is to discover the real value of the asset, compare it with the current price, and determine the trading opportunity from it

The fundamental analysis is extremely clear and it will help your trade. It is done when you follow the news and it is important to follow news events so that you'll be able to gain relevant experience and have access to relevant information that would help you in your trading career. Following the news is very important for forex traders and it is worth taking at all cost . There are so many people who ignore fundamental analysis and stick to technical analysis alone, such people may record huge losses if care is not taken because fundamental analysis is equally important.
