The publicity or marketing method would depend on the type of business. Usually a retailing business or a restaurant would need good publicity to attract potential customers. But if the business is a specialized store like a pharmacy then I don't think a publicity is needed. A simple tarpaulin to announce the presence of the pharmacy would be enough.
