That is indeed one of the question that every business owner should ask him or herself once in a while . A business owner may think that his business is of great value and impactation to members of the public but later it could turns out that his business never had any impact and value to members of the public . How then could a business owner know whether his business has really impacted the business environment in which the business is actually situated . One of the ways to do that is by asking your customers and clients how they feel patronizing you . You must also ask them whether their needs and wants have been made comfortable and satisfied as a result of you establishing the kind of business that you run in the area .
You must endeavour to listen to what they have to say and in this way you can take notice of which area you need to improve and which area that you have already been trying . You shouldn't feel embarrassed if a particular client or customer clearly points out that your business actually has no impact on the environment they must understand that that is a review and that is also an experience to help you grow and develop later in the future . We do not want to waste time on things that I never productive both to ourselves and to the people we do them for , that is why we must endeavour to always be careful to know whether our time and energy on a particular thing is actually worth it .
