Having a discount day (every 1st day of the month)

The supermarket by the gate of our village is having a discount day of minimum 10% on selected items. The discount day is held every 1st day of the month. You know the people here when they hear a discount they would surely be curious.

I was wondering why there was a long line to that supermarket one day. I didn’t know about the discount day. There is a limit to the number of people inside the shopping area due to the covid protocols and that caused a long line of about 50 people. Come to think of it, a discount day is held only for that day in the month. That means if you cannot avail of it today then you have to wait for next month. That’s a pretty cool marketing strategy.

This is going to be actually a good marketing strategy and is going to ensure that you're going to have a lot of sales on that particular day. I have seen a bird app that actually offered something like this but then they will give you extra 10% of your deposit if you should deposit on a particular day of the month.
